TIAGO SPRATLEY

He began his career while still studying architecture, working on a few projects for family members. After completing his degree, he joined Eurisko, a design firm within the AEP group, and later became an associate of architect Diogo Castelo Branco, collaborating on numerous single- and multi-family housing projects.

He first partnered with Ricardo Garcia and Ricardo Meirinhos at a construction management company called 4 Smart. Later, he was invited to become Director of Bascol Imobiliária, where he developed and strengthened his skills as a real estate developer. As General Director, he managed a portfolio of over 500 properties.

He was one of the founders of Cleverbuild, where Bernardo Flores later joined as well. He dedicated 10 years to the company, helping it become a well-recognized name in both real estate development and construction.

Throughout his career, he has been involved in various business ventures across different sectors and locations. He is now fully focused on the projects, development, and construction activities of WELIVE.
